The décor is breathtaking, with orchids gracing every corner, creating an atmosphere of serenity and sophistication. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious bedding to the modern amenities. The entire property feels like a peaceful retreat, yet still offers all the conveniences you could hope for. Truly an unforgettable experience – we can’t wait to return!

The hotel and spa are simply fantastic — highly recommended! While a few staff members could benefit from more training and experience to match the high standards of the hotel, the core team is absolutely outstanding. A special mention goes to Miss Pettruci, the reception manager, who is a true superstar! She handled all our concerns instantly and with such professionalism, making everything smooth and stress-free. The mature gentleman at the bar was also incredibly professional and helpful. Staff like Miss Pettruci are what truly make this place exceptional. Bravo!

I was greeted respectfully and professionally. The wait staff in the bar that evening were excellent. My room was great; it was quiet and I slept quite well. Breakfast was also excellent and the greeting each morning was pleasant and professional. The location couldn't have been better. Overall, I will be a fan from now on. We had an exceptional stay here at Boscolo Nice. The staff were wonderful, especially Melanie and Antony. Everyone went out of their way to help me with my young daughter. The food and drinks on the rooftop are delightful and general feeling and ambiance up top is sublime. I will definitely be revisiting, to be honest we didn’t want to leave! I will most definitely visit the other Boscolo in Lyon when I have the chance. Location of the hotel is fantastic, 10/15 minute walk to everything you need. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar daily which is a very nice touch. My only advice would be to get the tram to the hotel from the airport, it’s €10pp and around 13 stops, Line 2 - (blue) super easy. As apposed to a €45 taxi for the same journey time. Lots of Ubers in the area also, quick, kind and efficient. Finally the spa, really relaxing and nice facilities, we virtually had the place to ourselves. Excellent location, right in the heart of Nice and close to all the restaurants. The hotel staff is excellent, and it is without a doubt the nicest place I have ever worked. We had never been treated so wonderfully; champagne and a loving card were waiting for us when we got to room one (this was a special trip for me and my fiancé). What a wonderful experience working with Boscolo! Congrats to the entire staff.
